Holiday Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions for the holiday prize draw promoted by Richvale Resort Limited.

1. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, you must provide your full name, email address, and mobile telephone number. Entry is open to residents of the UK aged 21 or over. One person in the travelling party needs to be at least 21 years of age.

2. Prize Details

The prize is a 7-night, accommodation-only holiday at either Fairways Resort in Tenerife or Pueblo Evita in Spain. The prize does not include flights or any other travel expenses. The accommodation will be a one or two-bedroom apartment, subject to availability. The prize is valid for one year from the date of the draw.

3. Prize Draw and Winner Notification

The prize draw will take place three times per year. Winners will be notified by email and telephone. If you win, you agree that we may use your name and a photograph on our website and social media channels for promotional purposes. However, you have the right to refuse this and can ask us not to promote your win.

4. Data Protection

The information you provide will be used for two purposes: (1) to process the holiday prize draw and (2) to send you special offers and promotions from Richvale Resort Corporate, Fairways, and Pueblo Evita. You can ask for your data to be removed from our mailing lists at any time.

5. Holiday Exclusions

The holiday is strictly subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred travel dates, but the holiday is not available in July, August, or during any school holidays. These are our busiest times.

6. No cash alternative

Winners are not allowed to exchange the winner's certificate for money. The winners can transfer the certificate for use by a friend or a family member, but we will identity check the people who are given the certificate.
